Ingredients
- 3cup Yogurt
- 2cups Pineapple (Cut it into cubes)
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1/4tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1/4tsp Rock Black Salt
- 1tsp Sugar
- Whisk the yogurt and mix well.
- Cut pineapple into small cubical shape.
- Add Salt, sugar, cumin powder, rock black salt and red chilli powder. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Now add pineapple pieces and mix it.Keep aside few pineapple cubes for garnishing.
- Keep it to refrigerate for 20-25minutes.
- When chilled serve it as a side dish or with paratha's instead of just yogurt. Before serving garnish it with left pineapple pieces.
